The price list of Kielburger IT-Consulting is updated at regular intervals and is based on the actual costs of the services provided as well as the market price level in the region. This calculation is carried out in close collaboration with our tax office to ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency.

This price list and service description is valid from 01/01/2026. Deviations possible.

Acceptance of orders only after prior discussion. This price list is not a blanket service commitment. When commissioning or concluding contracts with external service providers or third parties, additional costs may arise, which are not explicitly listed here.

Surcharges on Sundays and public holidays / night surcharge
For human-provided services on Sundays and public holidays, as well as on all days of the week between 9 pm and 8 am, a general surcharge of 50% will be charged on the service.

Material prices, individual services, and external services
Prices for materials cannot be listed here due to given fluctuations and are to be requested individually. Individual services are billed according to individually agreed conditions. Services from third-party providers are billed according to their individual pricing.

Explanation of arrival
The distance is calculated from the individual starting point onwards. Generally, this is the company headquarters. If multiple services are provided for the same customer at multiple locations on the same day, the distance between the service locations can be used to calculate the arrival distance from the second service onwards.

Payment terms
If the statutory or agreed payment period is exceeded, a reminder fee of 6 EUR per extrajudicial reminder will be charged.

*Non-appearance at appointments: If a personal appointment is scheduled and the customer does not show up without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, the listed flat rate plus other opportunity costs (e.g., arrival) will be charged. The technician will wait for the customer for 20 minutes after arrival.
